Cyclista bike hire Mallorca has had its own bike station at Playa de Palma since 2007. The hire company rents out road bikes, mountain and fitness bikes as well as trekking bikes. The Stevens Xenon carbon road bike, weighing just 7.3 kilograms with Shimano Ultegra and Citec wheels, is Cyclista's top bike and can be hired for 135 euros a week. The Stevens X6 trekking bike is an aluminium bike with a 27-speed Shimano groupset and costs 80 euros a week.

From KTM, the Strada 3000 aluminium road bike with a carbon fork is available to hire; fitted with Shimano components and Mavic Aksium wheels, it is one of the best all-round road bikes on the island and costs 105 euros a week.
