Olaf Schmidt and his Mallorca-on-Bike team offer hire of trekking bikes, road bikes and women's city bikes. Based in Can Picafort in the north of the island on the Bay of Alcúdia, the hire company has been renting out bikes since 2005 and is one of Mallorca's many smaller bike stations, carving out its niche with a compact selection of hire bikes. The hire bikes available are a Kalkhoff city bike with 7-speed hub gears, a trekking bike with Univega SLX, and a 2011 Viper Speedmachine road bike with a 30-speed Ultegra set-up.
