Velo Sport Team, founded on the island in 1997 as a cycling tour operator, has offered pure, service-oriented bike hire in Mallorca since 2005. The team around Johannes Schernikau has a broad selection of state-of-the-art road bikes, sporty mountain bikes and rugged trekking bikes. Island-wide delivery of the hire bike is available as an option, costing between €15 and €50 for drop-off and collection depending on the delivery zone.

Hire prices for a bike start at €30 per day. The bikes on offer include the ORBEA trekking bike, ideal for long day trips, from €25 per day; the CUCUMA Luar aluminium entry-level road bike from €35 per day; the rugged ORBEA mountain bike with aluminium frame from €30 per day; a CUCUMA hybrid road bike with carbon fork from €30 per day; the state-of-the-art full-carbon road bike with electronic Shimano Ultegra Di2 shifting from €40 per day; the exceptional STEVENS tandem road bike from €55 per day; and the top-of-the-range CERVELO Rs with Shimano Dura Ace shifting.
