About Easy Tours Can Picafort
According to its own information, Easy Tours hires out 16 bike categories from its bike station in Can Picafort, split into the groups „Mallorca Sport“, „Mallorca Komfort & Family“ and „Mallorca E-Bike“. For the road bikes the range extends from the top road bike to the professional carbon road bike with Di2 shifting, plus fitness and sport bikes, trekking bikes, mountain bikes and city bikes. For the e-bikes you can choose between the Power, Tour and City variants and an e-carbon road bike. For families there are children's bikes, child seats and child trailers.
According to the provider, the station includes a workshop with a mechanic, a lockable bike cellar with hanging racks and a bike wash station, plus floor pumps and electric compressors. Every hire bike is individually adjusted at handover (saddle height, stem length and height); the base price also includes a cable lock for out on the road and use of the bike station. From 6 days' hire onwards, according to the website, an emergency service in the event of a breakdown or crash, a mechanic service and cycle-tour guidance with route tips are added.
The daily price depends on bike type and season: for 2026 three season tiers apply (spring 1 March–31 May, autumn 13 September–31 October); according to the price list the city bike starts from €10 per day, and carbon road bikes from around €26 to €55 per day depending on spec. Anyone wanting to spend a whole week with guided tours can additionally book the „Be Happy“ bike package (minimum hire 7 days, weekly cycle Sunday to Saturday). For bike packages, Easy Tours offers an optional Flex rate with free cancellation/rebooking up to 30 days before arrival for €19 per person.

I visited easy-tours bike rental in Can Picafort for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The process for getting the bike was sensational.
Fill in the form, pay the deposit, get the key for the reserved bike, fetch the bike from the cellar, take it to the professional mechanics,
that was it. I have never come across such a generous rental company. Fresh drinking water and bananas free of charge every day. I can only recommend easy-tours.

Ich war zum ersten Mal bei easy-tours Radverleih in Can Picafort und war rundum begeistert. Die Abfolge für den Erhalt des Fahrrades war sensationell.
Formular ausfüllen, Kaution bezahlen, Schlüssel für das reservierte Fahrrad erhalten, Fahrrad aus dem Keller holen, zu den professionellen Schraubern bringen,
das war es. Ich habe noch nie einen so großzügigen Verleiher angetroffen. Jeden Tag frisches Trinkwasser und Bananen kostenlos. Ich kann easy-tours einfach nur empfehlen.
Liebes Team, bleibt so, Klasse.

Ups and downs
The bikes are evidently taken back and passed on somewhat carelessly.
I was given a bike with completely misadjusted gearing that never ran 100% cleanly right up to the end.
Not even after a day in their workshop.
In the end I had to point it out again, otherwise the next guest would have had the same problem.
Otherwise okay – but no more than that.
The competence is at the bare minimum level.

Licht und Schatten
Die bikes werden offensichtlich etwas nachlässig übernimmt und durchgeschleift.
ich hatte ein Rad mit komplett verstellter Schaltung bekommen die bis zum Ende nur ganz 100% sauber lief.
auch nicht nach einem Tag in der dortigen Werkstatt.
am Ende musste ich wieder darauf hinweisen sonst hätte der nächste Gast das selbe Problem gehabt.
Ansonsten schon ok – mehr aber auch nicht.
Die Kompetenz ist auf dem allernötigsten Niveau

Had a wonderful cycling holiday. The bike was brilliant, and I then did a guided bike tour too, which I was more than thrilled with. The guides know every little road and ride flexibly according to the group's wishes. I'll be joining for the whole week next year.

Hatte einen tollen Radurlaub. Fahrrad war klasse, habe dann noch eine geführte Radtour gemacht, wovon ich mehr als begeistert war. Die Guides kennen jede kleine Straße und fahren individuell nach Wunsch der Gruppe. Werde nächstes Jahr die ganze Woche mitfahren.
Great bikes, a competent team and really good tailored bike tours
I've ridden with Easy-Tours several times and have always got great bikes. Well maintained and clean. Once I had a small accident and the chain and front derailleur were wrecked. They picked me up in the company van and gave me a replacement, a really reassuring service!
But the guided bike tours with the guides are what's really great fun; there's something for every ability level and always friendly, with new out-of-the-way routes. I discovered the island anew every time. I can't confirm that the staff are supposedly unfriendly. Quite the opposite, they are very helpful and accommodating.
So I really can only recommend Easy-Tours!

Tolle Räder, ein kompetentes Team und richtig gute individuelle Radtouren
Ich bin schon mehrfach bei Easy-Tours mitgefahren und habe immer tolle Räder bekommen. Gut gepflegt und sauber. Einmal hatte ich einen kleinen Unfall und die Kette und der Umwerfer war hin. Man hat mich abgeholt mit dem Firmen-Bus und mir Ersatz gegeben, ein echt toller beruhigender Service!
Aber richtig viel Spaß machen die geführten Radtouren mit den Guides, für jede Leistungsstufe was dabei und immer freundlich und neue abgelegene Wege. Ich habe die Insel jedes Mal neu entdeckt. Das die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich sein sollen, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ganz im Gegenteil sind sie sehr hilfsbereit und kulant.
Also ich kann Easy-Tours wirklich nur empfehlen!

Räder gut, älterer Herr sehr unfreundlich
Mit den gemieteten Rädern waren wir sehr zufrieden, mit dem Verhalten des Mitarbeiters eher weniger.
With almost punctual delivery, the bikes were good
We decided on a leisurely bike tour this year and the e-bikes were pretty good. Delivery was almost on time.

Mit fast pünktlicher Lieferung, Bikes waren gut
Haben uns dieses Jahr für eine gemütliche Fahrradtour entschieden und die Ebikes waren ganz gut. Lieferung war fast pünktlich.
Bike was ok but only ok, some staff impossible
Well, hired a road bike. It did have electronic Ultegra shifting, but the brakes were 105. Every bike has a cycle computer. I asked whether it could be taken off, as I had my own with me. No problem. However, at the return I was reproached about it by an older gentleman walking around in an easytour jersey. The mechanic would now need 15 minutes to refit the cycle computer with the rubber bands. At first I thought it was a joke.... But it wasn't. The ladies at the counter were very nice, everything was fine there.

Rad war ok aber nur ok, einzelne Mitarbeiter unmöglich
Naja, Rennrad gemietet. Es war zwar eine elektrische Schaltung ultegra dran, die Bremsen aber von der 105. An jedem Rad ist ein Tacho. Ich habe gefragt, ob man mir den abmachen kann, ich ich meinen eigenen dabei hatte. Kein Problem. Allerdings machte man mir bei der Rückgabe dazu Vorwürfe durch einen älteren Herrn der im easytour Trikot rumlief. Der Monteur bräuchte jetzt 15 Minuten um den Tacho mit den Gummis wieder anzubauen. Ich habe das erst für einen Scherz gehalten.... War es aber nicht. Die Damen an der Theke waren sehr nett, da stimmte alles.
