About eBike Mallorca
According to its hire terms, eBike Mallorca is operated by Radsalon Mallorca S.L. (CEO Thomas Britz, based in Playa de Muro) and hires out at two stations: in the north in Playa de Muro and in the south in Can Pastilla, there in cooperation with the rad-salon at the Sunprime Waterfront Hotel. Riding is exclusively with Bosch drive: the Kreidler Vitality Eco 3 in the Relaxed category for the promenade, the Haibike XDURO Cross as a sporty all-rounder, the Haibike SDURO FullSeven for off-road, and the Haibike XDURO Race as an e-road bike with pedal assist up to 45 km/h. Daily prices are tiered by hire duration and range, according to the website, from €23/day (Relaxed, from 8 days) up to €49/day (Race, 1 day), each including 21 per cent VAT; a helmet can be added for €2/day.
According to the hire terms, the hire price includes insurance against accident, electronics, battery and rainwater damage, a bike lock and an original Bosch charger per bike. The insurance expressly does not cover theft or loss; for that the hirer is liable with minimum amounts from €2,000 (Relaxed) to €3,500 (Race) depending on category. At return, an additional deposit of €2,500 may be required, which is only withheld if the bike is not returned. You can cancel free of charge until 00:00 on the day before your booking. According to the website, an island-wide delivery service is offered, but only on individual request without a fixed price.
Alongside positive experiences, customer reviews on the provider's website also include references to reachability problems at the station ("The shop is still empty", "The shop no longer exists"). We were unable to conclusively verify editorially whether the Can Pastilla station is currently staffed continuously - before booking, ask directly whether and where your e-bike is currently handed over.

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
eBike wurde mir empfohlen und das zurecht. Mein Fahrrad war in einem sehr gutem Zusatnd, fast wie neu. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
The perfect place to go for e-bikes
I was on the island in March and hired an e-bike. The Haibikes were like new (Sportiv category) and the battery still had full power. The spare battery wasn't needed at all. A highly recommended rental company!

Für E-Bikes ist das die perfekte Anlaufstelle
Ich war jetzt im März auf der Insel und habe mir ein E-Bike ausgeliehen. Die Haibikes waren wie neu (Sportiv Kategorie) und der Akku hatte noch die volle Kraft. Der Zusatzakku kam gar nicht zum Einsatz. Sehr empfehlenswerte Vermietung!
