The bike price itself is deposit-free, but the liability waiver (the insurance) is charged separately per rental day and is not included in the base price mentioned above – for the final price you have to add both items together.
About Hürzeler Hotel Gran Fiesta Playa de Palma
The Hürzeler main station on the Playa de Palma is located at the Hotel HM Gran Fiesta and rents out exclusively current Cube bikes – road bikes, sport bikes, e-road bikes and e-bikes. Workshop, washing area and boutique are right at the station. It is open almost all year round – in the 2026 season until 30 December. Gran Fiesta is one of the three Mallorca stations where the guided tours of the autumn programme (20 September to 30 October 2026) start directly – also for guests of the Hipotels and Occidental stations. According to huerzeler.com, all rental bikes are equipped with a bike computer, mini pump, saddlebag, spare tube and tyre levers; you choose pedal systems (SPD-MTB, SPD-SL, Look Keo or flat pedals) at no extra charge. No deposit is charged for the bikes themselves, only for optionally hired locks (€10 per lock). If you'd rather stay at the hotel than walk to the station: the island-wide delivery service delivers the bike, saddle and pedals of your choice directly to your chosen address, including adjustment to your height. Very satisfied
I was there with a group of 24 e-bikers. It was a wonderful week, and we borrowed the bikes at this Hürzeler station. We were out and about all over the island.
The support from the technician team and their good mood were really refreshing. I'll certainly come back. Likewise the service in the adjoining shop.

Sehr zufrieden
Ich war mit einer Gruppe von 24 E-Bikern dort. Es war eine herrliche Woche zudem wir die Räder bei dieser Hürzeler Station ausgeborgt haben. Waren auf der gesamten Insel unterwegs.
Die Unterstützung des Technikerteams und deren gute Laune waren richtig erfrischend. Komme sicherlich wieder. Ebenso die Bedienung im angrenzenden Shop.

Rental OK, surroundings a disaster
If it's purely about the rental for you: the bike station is very well equipped. The staff are all very obliging and we were thrilled by the good mood in the team. The only thing that really bothered us was the commotion around the hotel. Every day we had to cringe with embarrassment at how some holidaymakers behave on the Playa de Palma. Arenal may be a good starting point for tours... but as an athletically minded woman who's on Mallorca to train, you're certainly better off in other places.

Vermietung OK, Umgebung eine Katastrophe
Wenn es Euch um die reine Vermietung geht: Die Radstation ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und wir waren von der guten Laune im Team begeistert. Gestört hat uns eigentlich nur die Unruhe um das Hotel herum. Jeden Tag mussten wir uns fremdschämen wie sich mancher Urlauber an der Playa de Palma benimmt. Arenal mag ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren sein...aber als sportlich avisierte Frau die zum trainieren auf Mallorca ist, ist man and anderen Orten sicherlich besser aufgehoben.
