About Hürzeler Playa de Muro Süd
The Hürzeler flagship station on the boulevard of Playa de Muro Süd rents out exclusively current Cube bikes – from the Attain through the Agree Di2 models up to the Litening AERO SLT, plus e-road bikes and e-bikes. Workshop, wash area and cycling boutique with an Assos outlet are right at the station. The 2026 season runs from 13 February to 1 November. Bike was handed over with worn-out brake pads.
Sorry, but if the road bike's front brake is already making worrying noises at the end of the second day and shortly afterwards gives up because the brake pads are completely worn down, that's not acceptable. Safety-relevant components must be carefully checked and, if necessary, renewed <strong>before</strong> the bike is handed to the customer. Fortunately the workshop in Alcúdia was able to help me and fitted new pads without any fuss.

Rad wurde mit abgefahrenen Bremsbelägen übergeben.
Sorry, aber wenn beim Rennrad schon am Ende des zweiten Tages die Vorderbremse beunruhigende Geräusche von sich gibt und kurz darauf ihren Dienst quittiert, weil die Bremsbeläge völlig heruntergefahren sind, ist das nicht akzeptabel. Sicherheitsrelevante Komponenten müssen sorgfältig gecheckt und ggf. erneuert werden, <strong>bevor</strong> das Rad dem Kunden ausgehändigt wird. Glücklicherweise konnte mir die Werkstatt in Alcudia helfen und hat anstandslos neue Beläge montiert.

This is now my 4th time going on a road cycling holiday with Hürzeler and I'm still thrilled. The whole team is very friendly and the bikes are top too.
If you don't fancy the pace of one group, you can switch to another at any time.
The fact that the guides know the island very well has many advantages, and whatever you're planning, you can always get a good tip from them.
I give full marks!

Ich fahre jetzt zum 4. mal mit Hürzeler in die Rennrad Ferien und bin immernoch begeistert. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und die Fahrräder sind auch spitze.
Wenn einem das Tempo der einen Gruppe gerade nicht gefällt kann man jederzeit in eine andere wechseln.
Das die Guides sich sehr gut auf der Insel auskennen hat viele Vorteile und egal was man vor hat, bei ihnen kann man sich immer einen guten Tipp abholen.
Ich gebe die volle Punktzahl!

If you have a 'thick skin' and can look past the unfriendliness of the staff, it's a good provider all the same. The bikes are top and the tours are also incredibly good fun.

Playa de Muro als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren mag zwar strategisch gesehen sinnvoll erscheinen... aber die Läden rund um das Hotel sind die reinste Abzocke. Das kulinarische Angebot
