Vielen Dank an das Luxcom-Team für den tollen Service und das einwandfreie Mietrad. Top gepflegtes Mietrad in einem tadellosen Zustand mit Di2 Komponenten.
Bei meinem nächsten Mallorca Besuch sehr gerne wieder ein Mietrad von Luxcom.

Spitze!
Dank an Luxcom für die schönen Tage auf Mallorca.
Die Räder und der Service waren top. Die Unterbringung und das Essen
im Alcudia Garden weit über dem zu erwartenden Prei/ Leistungvergältnis.
Ganz lieben Dank auch noch an Rudi und Gyri für die tollen Touren
und die kompetente Wartung der Räder.
Very good cycling provider
We've just got back from our road cycling holiday. Everything fitted very well: the road bikes were top, state of the art and very well maintained; an extra sprocket helped me a lot on the climb to Sa Calobra ;-) Thanks again to Guy and Thilo for the great (and fun) rides, exactly at the stated pace.

Sehr guter Radsportanbieter
Wir kommen gerade von unserem Rennrad Urlaub zurück. Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst: die Rennraeder waren top, auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr gut gepflegt, ein extra Ritzel hat mir bei der Bergetappe nach Sacalobra sehr geholfen ;-) Danke nochmals an Guy und Thilo fuer die tollen (und lustigen) Ausfahrten, genau im angegebenen Schnitt.
Top service & top quality
In autumn 2018 I hired a rental bike from Luxcom, and I was thrilled! The rental bike (brand new) from Canyon was in impeccable condition. A very competent mechanic who made all the necessary adjustments. I will definitely hire a bike from Luxcom again. Kind regards, Thomas

Top Service & Top Qualität
Im Herbst 2018 habe ich ein Mietrad bei Luxcom gemietet, ich war sehr begeistert! Das Mietrad (Nagelneu) von Canyon war in einem tadellosem Zustand. Ein sehr kompetenter Mechaniker der alle nötigen Einstellungen vorgenommen hat. Ich werde bei Luxcom auf jeden Fall wieder ein Rad mieten. MfG Thomas

I had hired a rental bike (Focus Izalco Max) from Luxcom in Alcudia for a week. Superb equipment, Shimano Dura Ace Di2. The bike, just like the service, was simply perfect! Happy to return.

Top Mietrad
Ich hatte mir für eine Woche ein Mietrad (Focus Izalco Max) bei Luxcom in Alcudia ausgeliehen. Super Ausstattung, Shimano Dura Ace Di2. Das Rad war genau wie der Service, einfach nur perfekt! Gerne wieder.

Räder top, Service war auch ganz ok. Preisleistung stimmt halt.
LUXCOM never ever!
There were five of us at the Hotel Las Gaviotas in Alcudia and we had rental bikes from Luxcom. First the positive. The bikes were in very good condition. The service and the arrogance of some staff, and above all the boss (Guy), were unbearable. Because we had only booked the bikes and not the whole trip through Luxcom, we were treated like second-class customers. No chance to join the tours, no matter what you'd pay. No chance to swap the bike if you couldn't get on with it. You're palmed off with a bike that's far too small. And all of that is made pretty clear to you. Apparently in the hope that you'll book the whole trip with them next time. I've never experienced anything like it. But they seem to have forgotten that there are plenty of other providers. We've already had several other providers (Huerzeler very good, Schon absolutely top).

LUXCOM never ever!
Wir waren zu fünft im Hotel Las Gaviotas in Alcudia und hatten Leihräder von Luxcom. Zunächst das Positive. Die Räder waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Service und die Arroganz einiger Mitarbeiter ind vor allem auch des Chefs (Guy) waren unerträglich. Da wir nur die Räder, nicht aber die ganze Reise bei Luxcom gebucht hatten, wurden wir wie Kunden 2.Wahl behandelt. Keine Möglichkeit, an Touren teilzunehmen, egal was man bezahlen würde. Keine Möglichkeit, das Rad zu tauschen, wenn man nicht damit zurecht kommt. Es wird einem ein viel zu kleines Rad "untergejubelt". Und das wird einem alles recht deutlich gesagt. Anscheinend in der Hoffnung, das nächste Mal die komplette Reise bei denen zu buchen. Hab sowas noch nie erlebt. Aber anscheinend haben die vergessen, dass es jede Menge anderer Anbieter gibt. Wir haben schon einige andere Anbieter gehabt (Huerzeler sehr gut, Schon absolut top).
