About Port Bike Mallorca
Port Bike Mallorca operates two hire stations in Palma – at the Estación Marítima on the Muelle Pelaires and on the Avinguda Joan Miró, both near the harbour. According to the website, the range includes pedal bikes from €18, mountain bikes from €18, junior bikes from €10 and tandems from €29. Among the e-bikes (brand Flyer, 28 inch, aluminium frame, 250 W motor) there are two variants: one with around 100 km range from €35 and one with around 50 km range from €28. Child seats (from €5) and child trailers (from €10) can be added. According to the operator, a helmet and accident insurance are included in the price with every bike.
In addition, Port Bike Mallorca hires out e-scooters – the ZWheel T4 Duo (1000 W, up to 40 km range, from €45) and the Segway ES4 (400 W, up to 25 km range, from €25), likewise including helmet and insurance.
Anyone who prefers to be out on a guided ride can book one of four e-bike tours: an old-town loop to the cathedral, a shopping tour to the Ramblas and the Santa Catalina market, a summer route to Portitxol beach, and a tour to the Castell de Bellver. The tours cost €46 with a pedal bike or €60 with an e-bike (children under 12 €15 or €23), with a minimum group size of four people according to the operator.
