About Vamos24
By its own account, Vamos24 is among the first providers on Mallorca to have hired out bikes in the sport and fitness segment, and it has been active in Alcudia for over 25 years. The fleet ranges from the Radon hardtail through BMC full-suspension bikes to carbon road bikes from Dolan, Rose and Bottecchia, as well as e-bikes from Simplon and Prophete. Road bikes are handed over exclusively with a pump, spare tube and saddlebag; you should bring your own clipless pedals - otherwise a limited number of Shimano SPD, SPD-SL, Look Keo or Look Delta hire pedals are available for 2 euros per day. With the rental terms it pays to read carefully: the deposit is tiered by bike type (100 euros standard, 200 euros for e-bikes, 150 euros for the Radon Slide 150, 50 euros for trekking bikes and MTB hardtails), plus a compulsory insurance of 21 euros per week for road bikes. For all other bike types, a comprehensive insurance against damage to the bike and crash damage can be added optionally, though without theft cover and with an excess equal to the deposit. On booking, a 50 per cent deposit is due, with the balance to follow up to four weeks before the hire starts; the rental prices themselves are fixed prices with no refund for early return. Bikes and routes top
Very friendly team. We hired two bikes, a 27.5" e-full-suspension and a 27+ and 29er full-suspension. Top bikes. On top of that we were given two great routes put together for us.
