Bike Hire on the Island of Mallorca

This year we’ve received more enquiries about bike hire on the island than ever before.

The trend towards an active, sporty holiday on Mallorca is growing steadily. The same is true of the bike providers – there are more of them every year, much to the delight of cycling holidaymakers. However, many of the cyclists who return to the island year after year know that the most popular cycling providers are already fully booked for the coming season by December. So we set out to find which cycling providers still have enough bikes available for last-minute cycling holidaymakers. In our directory you’ll therefore always find a note whenever a bike hire provider has no bikes left for the coming season.

It’s important to bear in mind that bike hire prices shoot up in February. You should therefore reserve your bike as early as possible. Many providers now waive cancellation fees. We often see travellers booking their bike before their flight times are even confirmed, and then passing on their arrival times after booking. Very important: clarify beforehand how the provider handles date changes and cancellations. We will gradually request these terms and make them public.
