Bike Island does not charge all-inclusive: on top of the deposit there is a separate damage-cover fee of €150 per bike, which expressly does not cover theft and loss. Delivery is only possible from a hire period of 3 days and with a lead time of at least 15 days - for short, spontaneous hires, collection at the shop in Port de Pollença is required.

On the Carrer de Formentor in Port de Pollença, Bike Island Pollença runs a bike hire with an attached sports shop (Sports Island Mallorca SLU) which, according to its own information, is an official supplier of sports clothing and equipment in Spain. Alongside road bikes from Giant and Specialized as well as women-specific Liv bikes, the range includes electric cross bikes, an e-mountain bike, classic mountain bikes, cross bikes, city bikes and kids' bikes; as its newest addition, the hire now also stocks gravel bikes, according to its own information.
Anyone bringing their own bike can use the packing and repair service: Bike Island packs bikes back into a bike case or box for the journey home, handles assembly, and takes care of servicing and spare parts. For guests without their own vehicle, the hire also offers accompanied bike tours with local guides through the Serra de Tramuntana, both for individuals and for groups.
The hire terms are set out in detail on the provider's website: the hire starts from 9:00 on the first day, with return by 17:00 at the latest on the final day; a 24-hour hire is not offered. For hires of 3 days or more, Bike Island delivers the bike to your accommodation for a surcharge, with the exception of addresses right in Port de Pollença, where personal collection at the shop is required.
