About Mallorca Bike Hire
Mallorca Bike Hire is, according to its own information, a family-run business based in Puerto Pollensa. The operators were previously the owners of Langsett Cycles, one of the oldest bike shops in Britain according to their own account (founded in 1890), and have relocated their business to Mallorca. The fleet is based exclusively on premium brands: Colnago (including the Y1RS and V5RS with Shimano Dura-Ace, 2026 model year), Cannondale (SuperSix Evo, Synapse), Scott (Foil RC10, Addict) as well as e-road models with TQ, Bosch and Mahle drive systems. Road bikes are consistently equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace, Ultegra or 105, either mechanical or as Di2 shifting.
For the e-bikes, the provider stocks, among others, the Cannondale Synapse Neo with Bosch Performance Line SX motor as well as the Scott Fastlane 20 with TQ HPR40 drive, which weighs around 11 kg according to the provider. For e-road models with a Mahle or Bosch motor, Mallorca Bike Hire additionally offers range-extender batteries. For the women's bikes, the provider stocks its own range with narrower handlebars, a shorter reach and women-specific saddles from Liv and Cannondale; your own saddle can be fitted free of charge according to the website.
