The rental price here is not the final price: the insurance package is charged separately and is obligatory according to the price list; in high season (15.3.–31.5. and October) the rates are above the low-season prices quoted. About the Mallorca Cyclingcenter
The bike rental is the heart of a cycling centre in the Hotel Java in Can Pastilla, a few hundred metres from the six-kilometre promenade that connects Can Pastilla, Playa de Palma and El Arenal. The fleet features the Swiss brand BMC, the Italian brand Colnago and – newly added – Cervélo from Canada; many rental bikes carry the 2026 model year. At the top end you can hire bikes here such as the Colnago Y1Rs and V5Rs or the Cervélo S5 with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 and power meter, among them Ultegra Di2 models like the BMC Teammachine SLR TWO or Colnago V4. Added to this are the BMC Roadmachine 01 AMP e-road bike, e-trekking and trekking bikes as well as children's bikes (BMC Twostroke in 20/24 inch). Unlike a pure rental station, the Cyclingcenter is a base for a cycling holiday: bike shop and workshop, massages and physiotherapy, lactate testing, RETÜL bike fitting, guided tours and training led by founder and head coach Vojtěch Beran. The provider makes 15 route tips for the sat-nav (GPX/PDF) available to download free of charge, and the FULL insurance comes with SOS assistance that helps you free of charge anywhere on the island in the event of a breakdown or crash. Groups receive discounts from 5% (from 3 bikes) to 20% (from 16 bikes). The bike rental runs all year round, daily 10:00–12:30 and 15:30–19:00; the most expensive weeks are, according to the price list, 15 March to 31 May and October. Does the Cyclingcenter deliver my bike to the hotel?

Can I hire a bike all year round?
Yes, the rental is open all year round, daily 10:00–12:30 and 15:30–19:00. The most expensive and most in-demand periods, according to the price list, are 15 March to 31 May and October – you should reserve early for these weeks.
How do I reserve and pay?
The reservation only becomes binding with a deposit – by SEPA transfer (free of charge within the EU zone) or by Stripe card payment with a 3% fee. You pay the rest on site in cash or by card. You can cancel free of charge within 72 hours of the booking confirmation; after that a €30 processing fee applies plus a cancellation scale of 5 to 25%.
Will the rental bike be adjusted to me?
Yes, every rental bike is set up to your body geometry on handover – that is included in the price. The provider helps with the frame size, because BMC and Colnago use their own sizing systems; if you don't own a road bike, according to the provider your height, weight and jersey size are enough. A puncture kit and tools come with the bike.

Die Webseite verspricht neue Räder, Traum-Ausstattungen, Experten vor Ort... das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Nie wieder.
Not cheap, to my taste
We hired 2 mountain bikes for 4 days, €260 in total is definitely at the upper end of the price range and it hurt too. Technically the bikes were fine.

Wir haben 2 Mountainbikes für 4 Tage gemietet, insg. 260€ ist auf jeden Fall im oberen Preissegment angesiedelt und tat auch weh. Technisch waren die Bikes in Ordnung.
