Top service, top bikes
Everything top. The only suggestion for improvement would be the lack of choice in stems. We'll be back next year!

Alles top. Nur die fehlende Auswahl an Vorbauten wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!
Out and about differently for once
I'm actually always out on a road bike; this time I tried a mountain bike tour. It was a cool experience! Maybe again some time.

Mal ander unterwegs
Ich bin eigentlich immer mit einem Rennrad unterwegs, dieses mal habe ich eine Mountainbike Tour ausprobiert. War ein cooles Erlebnis! Vielleicht mal wieder.
Great bikes, poor service
We hired two bikes for 5 days last week. Unfortunately they had no hybrid bike in my wife's size (small), but we hired two mountain bikes instead. These were both fine and came with tools, a pump and a spare tube, which was much appreciated.
However, the bike was delivered 1 1/2 hours late and collected 12 hours later than planned. For the return we then sat around in front of our hotel twiddling our thumbs, and the riding time on the first day was rather limited. Admittedly, we were sitting at the bar with a book when the bikes were meant to be collected. No show!
Although the online booking system, the bikes, the accessories and the payment methods were excellent, the company let itself be kept from its delivery obligations – "delivery and collection service for your hire bike, wherever and whenever you tell us on Mallorca and with a 100% guarantee." Way off the mark!

Super Räder, schlechter Service
Wir haben letzte Woche zwei Fahrräder für 5 Tage gemietet. Leider hatten sie kein Hybrid-Bike in der Größe meiner Frau (klein), aber wir haben stattdessen zwei Mountainbikes gemietet. Diese waren beide in Ordnung und kamen mit Werkzeugen, einer Pumpe und einem Ersatzschlauch, der sehr geschätzt wurde.
Allerdings wurde das Rad mit 1 1/2 Stunden verspätung ausgeliefert und 12 Stunden später als geplant abgeholt. Für den Rückweg saßen wir dann vor unserem Hotel herum und drehten Däumchen und die Fahrzeit am ersten Tag war etwas begrenzt. Zugegeben, wir saßen an der Bar mit einem Buch, als die Fahrräder abgeholt werden sollten. No Show!
Obwohl das Online-Buchungssystem, die Fahrräder, das Zubehör und die Zahlungsmethoden ausgezeichnet waren, ließ sich das Unternehmen von seinen Lieferverpflichtungen abhalten – "Lieferung und Abholservice für Ihr Mietfahrrad, wo und wann Sie uns darüber informieren Mallorca und mit einer 100% Garantie." Voll daneben!
