The Philipps Bike Team headquarters is available for hire all year round with over 450 bikes. The bike station is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

Bad luck, unfortunately
I hired an e-bike for 2 days and unfortunately had a flat on the front tyre on both days. On the first day the member of staff kindly still drove out and brought me a new tyre; on the second day I wasn't so lucky. On the way back from Palma on the cycle path, another flat and no help whatsoever. Help isn't provided for in such cases, as I've now been told by phone. Well, thanks a lot - so better not ride too far into the mountains, because if you get a flat, you're on your own. Not everyone who hires a bike is a pro, after all. I did have a spare tube with me, but no working pump. It was a great tour - pushing the bike 11 km back to the hire place in 42°C, and that for €35 per day despite insurance (material damage isn't included in the insurance). Once and never again. Compensation or any goodwill gesture, sadly none forthcoming.

leider Pech gehabt
Ich habe mir für 2 Tage ein E-Bike ausgeliehen und hatte leider an beiden Tagen einen Platten am Vorderreifen. Am ersten Tag ist der Mitarbeiter freundlicherweise noch rausgefahren und hat mir einen neuen Reifen gebracht, am zweiten Tag hatte ich leider nicht so viel Glück. Auf dem Rückweg von Palma auf dem Fahrradweg erneut einen Platten und keinerlei Hilfe bekommen. Hilfe ist in solchen Fällen wohl nicht vorgesehen, wie mir telefonisch jetzt mitgeteilt wurde. Na herzlichen Dank, also lieber nicht zu weit in die Berge fahren, denn wenn man einen Platten bekommt, ist man auf sich allein gestellt. Es ist ja nun nicht jeder ein Profi, der sich ein Rad ausleiht. Hatte zwar einen Ersatzschlauch dabei, aber keine funktionierende Pumpe. War eine super Tour, bei 42° das Fahrrad 11 km zum Verleiher geschoben und das für 35,00 € pro Tag trotz Versicherung (in der Versicherung ist Materialschaden nicht enthalten). Einmal und nie wieder. Eine Entschädigung oder ein Entgegenkommen leider Fehlanzeige.
High quality with a dash of mass processing
We've just got back from Mallorca; a group of 6 friends of us hired bikes from Philipps Bike Team. Hiring was a bit bumpy - we were at the station at 08:30 and it was really very busy. That was of course at the expense of the service. The staff were very keen, though, but with such a big crush you just feel like a number. But the bikes were awesome and there was nothing to complain about. Happy to return, though perhaps not in high season.

Hohe Qualität mit einem Schuss Massenabfertigung
Wir sind gerade aus Mallorca zurück, wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 6 Freunden Räder bei Philipps Bike Team gemietet. Die Anmietung war etwas stolprig, wir waren um 08:30 in der Station und es war wirklich sehr viel los. Das war natürlich zu Kosten des Service. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr bemüht, aber bei einem so großen Andrang fühlt man sich nur noch wie eine Nummer. Aber die Räder waren geil und zu meckern gab es nichts. Gerne wieder, vielleicht nicht gerade in der Hochsaison.

Sehr gut durchorganisiert
Das Hotel und die Radstation haben einige Jahre Erfahrung... und das merkt man auch. Sehr gute Organisation und tolles Hotel für Sportler!
Happy to return
Thanks to the separated areas in the hotel restaurant reserved just for PBT guests, you quickly make contacts even as a solo traveller.
After a day on the bike you can relax very well in the hotel, as almost every room is fitted with a whirlpool and has a great view.
Now to the tours: I really enjoyed them. The best view and at the same time the best training are clearly to be found in the Tramuntana mountains.
As a conclusion, I can describe Philipps Bike Team as very professional and dedicated.

Gerne wieder
Dank den separierten Bereichen im Hotelrestaurant, die nur für PBT Gäste reserviert sind, knüpft man selbst als Alleinreisender schnell Kontakte.
Nach einem Tag auf dem Rad kann man im Hotel sehr gut entspannen, da fast jedes Zimmer mit einem Whirlpool ausgestattet ist und einem tollen Ausblick verseht ist.
Nun zu den Touren: Mir haben sie sehr gefallen. Der beste Ausblick und zeitgleich das beste Training findet man eindeutig im Tramuntanagebirge.
Als Fazit kann ich Philipps Bike Team als sehr professionell und engagiert bezeichnen.
